Ginger Kadha

Ingredients for Spicy Toast
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp Crait Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger (fresh or dried)
- 4–5 tulsi (basil) leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2–3 cloves
- 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Step-by-Step Method
1. Boil Water
Add water to a pan and bring it to a boil.
2. Add Herbal Ingredients
Add tulsi leaves, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and turmeric. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
3. Add Crait Ginger Powder
Add 1/2 tsp Crait Ginger Powder. This enhances the kadha’s aroma, warmth, and immunity boosting properties.
4. Simmer Well
Let the mixture boil for 5–7 minutes so all herbs release their natural oils and flavors.
5. Strain & Sweeten
Strain the kadha into a cup. Add honey or lemon juice if desired.
