Ingredients for Yellow Cupcakes
For Cupcake Batter:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3–4 drops Crait Yellow Food Color
For Frosting:
- 1 cup whipped cream or buttercream
- 1–2 drops Crait Yellow Food Color
- Sprinkles or chocolate chips for decoration
Step-by-Step Method
1. Prepare Batter
In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla essence, then mix well.
2. Add Dry Ingredients
Sieve flour, baking powder, and baking soda together. Gradually fold into the wet mixture.
3. Add Crait Yellow Food Color (Key Step)
