- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt (as per taste)

- 1 cup water or stock
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- 2 tbsp cream or cashew paste (optional for richness)
Step-by-Step Method
1. Prepare Base Masala
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for aroma.
2. Add Tomato Mixture
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates and the masala becomes thick.
3. Add Spices
Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
