  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing times may be slightly longer.
  1. Shipping Coverage

Crait currently ships across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

We strive to deliver products to most serviceable pin codes; however, delivery availability may vary depending on courier coverage.

  1. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, local restrictions, or courier delays.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Crait may offer free shipping on selected products, orders above a specified value, or during promotional campaigns.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), including a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment status.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method used during purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product, packaging, and order details to facilitate verification.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.

Crait will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
